• Honorary Members (VIPs) may be present at meetings but may not choose to be placed in the Honorary Member (VIP) seats.
  • Honorary Members (VIP) can attend in any KKKM programs
  • Honorary Members (VIPs) are not charged a fees
  • The president in the central highest committee appoints an Honorary Member (VIP) on the advice of the Secretary-General, if in his opinion the appointment is important and beneficial for KKKM. Each application for an Honorary Member (VIP) proposed by a central committee member, or a branch committee member or a liaison committee member appointed by the president on the advice of the Secretary-General will be sent to the office of Secretary-General to be brought to the presidential meeting
  • Honorary Members (VIP) are not limited, open to all society, regardless of gender, race, religion, race, descent, citizenship, aged (18) years and above as long as they comply with the conditions imposed by KKKM Central Committee Members and found Honorary Members (VIP) interested in assisting the progress of KKKM provide advice, opinion, or financial assistance or any other benefits to KKKM
  • Honorary Members (VIPs) can obtain service of cooperation and written support suggestions from KKKM as long as the cooperation services are not illegal in terms of National law
  • Ahli Kehormat (VIP) boleh hadir dalam mesyuarat tapi tidak boleh mengundi ditempatkan tempat duduk Ahli Kehormat (VIP) .
  • Ahli Kehormat (VIP) boleh hadir dalam program-program KKKM.
  • Ahli Kehormat (VIP) tidak dikenakan yuran
  • Presiden di dalam Jawatankuasa tertinggi pusat melantik Ahli Kehormat (VIP) atas nasihat Setiausaha Agong, jika pada fikirannya pelantikan itu mustahak dalam berfaedah kepada KKKM. Setiap permohonan Ahli Kehormat (VIP) hendaklah dicadangkan oleh ahli jawatankuasa perhubungan dilantik oleh presiden atas nasihat setiausaha agong hendaklah dihantar ke pejabat Setiausaha Agong untuk dibawa ke majlis mesyuarat presiden.
  • Ahli Kehormat (VIP) tidak terhad terbuka kepada semua masyarakat, tidak kira apa jantina, kaum, ugama, bangsa, keturunan, warganegara , berumur 18 tahun keatas asalkan ianya mematuhi syarat-syarat yang dikenakan oleh Ahli Jawatankuasa Pusat KKKM dan didapati Ahli Kehormat (VIP) berminat untuk membantu kemajuan KKKM memberi nasihat, pendapat, atau bantuan kewangan atau lain-lain memberi faedah kepada KKKM.
  • Ahli-ahli Kehormat (VIP) boleh mendapatkan khidmat kerjasama dan cadangan sokongan bersurat dari KKKM asalkan khidmat kerjasama tersebut tidak menyalahi dari segi undang-undang Negara.
